TPM, a technology company, serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia has been in business for 38 years with a dedicated Mechanical Software Division for the past 15 years.  This division has been focused on bringing improved design technology solutions, workflow enhancements, simulation and sustainability studies along with technical support to the industrial and manufacturing communities with an emphasis on collaboration, training and customer service.  This acquisition will allow TPM to bring an expanded offering of 3D cad design solutions along with new sales and support job opportunities to our existing Charlotte, NC location.

Creative Dezign Concepts (CDC) has been providing software solutions to the NASCAR and manufacturing industries for the past 12 years.  Moving forward, CDC plans to focus their efforts on their reverse-engineering software, DezignWorks.
